“Ms. Brown started part-time at HOMECorp in 1993 in their former office at the parsonage building at St. Mark's United Methodist Church with the late Dee Rossman, HOMECorp executive director. During Ms. Brown's tenure, she has watched the organization progress from pen and paper to utilizing advanced technology, and seen it expand from primarily renting apartments to helping clients purchase homes. As the Property Manager, Ms. Brown's responsibility has been to oversee HOMECorp's 66 housing units in 14 buildings, to collect rent from tenants, and manage building maintenance and relationships with township and state agencies.”
“Barbara Brown has been the heart and soul of HOMECorp,” Interim Executive Director Julie Micou Cerf said. “The entire HOMECorp community will miss her gracious smile, compassion for others, and her fierce commitment to our mission. We wish her a relaxing retirement in which to enjoy her family and friends.”
