'Make America Rock Again' Show Coming To Montclair
The concert will feature Scott Stapp of Creed, Sick Puppies, Drowning Pool, and Trapt on Sept. 1 at Wellmont Theater.
From Wellmont Theater: The Make America Rock Again tour will stop at Montclair’s historic Wellmont Theater on Friday, Sept. 1, featuring stars like Scott Stapp of Creed, Sick Puppies, Drowning Pool, Trapt and more.
According to a Wellmont Theater news release:
"The name 'Make America Rock Again' is a reference to the 'Make America Great Again' slogan. According to their website, the promoters have felt that rock has been considered an underground genre for the past decade, and maybe if they had a number of bands who had some mainstream success in the 2000's get together and go out on one big tour it would rejuvenate the rock genre, bring back interest to rock artists and Make America Rock Again."
