Man Seen ‘Pleasuring Himself’ In Montclair Pharmacy Parking Lot: PD

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A man was recently spotted masturbating in the parking lot of a pharmacy in Montclair, police said Tuesday.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the indecent exposure encounter took place at the CVS parking lot on Valley Road on Aug. 24, when a woman spotted a man “pleasuring himself” between two donation bins.

Police said the man was in his early 20’s with black hair in twists or dreadlocks. He was wearing a pink t-shirt with a yellow smiley face graphic on the front, and dark-colored sweatpants.
