‘March To ROEvember’ Rally Coming To Montclair Ahead Of Election
Organizers said they are supporting reproductive rights. They hope to mobilize voters ahead of the 2022 midterm election.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A coalition of grassroots New Jersey groups plan to lead a “March to ROEvember” at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. in Montclair to support reproductive rights and mobilize voters ahead of the 2022 midterm election.
According to a news release from organizers, the march will begin at the Montclair Municipal Building at 205 Claremont Avenue. Speakers plan to discuss “protecting women’s rights, LBTQ+ rights, reproductive rights and freedoms, preventing federal bans on abortion, electing a pro-choice majority in the Senate and House, and taking action in support of the values that the vast majority of New Jerseyans embrace.”
