March For Unity In Montclair Will ‘Send A Message’ To Trump
Suburban Moms Against Re-Electing Trump will lead a march in Montclair on Saturday.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Suburban Moms Against Re-Electing Trump (SMART) plans to lead a march in Montclair on Saturday, Sept. 26.
According to a news release from the group, the “peaceful march” will attempt to “send a message to President Donald Trump that his practices and policies are out of touch with the needs of today’s voters.”
The rally will kick off at 1:30 p.m. at Rand Park, 146-172 North Fullerton Avenue, with a march slated for 2 p.m. The event will conclude around 3 p.m. with a gathering in Rand Park. Organizers are asking participants to wear face masks and social distance. (Learn more here)

Speakers will reportedly include Sen. Nia Gill, Jaime Bedrin of Moms Demand Action, Janeece Freeman Clark of the Vanguard Theater, Marcia Marley of BlueWaveNJ, performer Abby Sher and Paula White of Educators for Excellence.
