MHS Student Offers Outdoor Workouts with Social Distancing
Doris Zeger's outdoor personal training services combine pandemic safety with philanthropy.

Doris Zeger (MHS ‘20) is offering personal training services for kids, tweens, teens, and adults who seek safe, comprehensive, and challenging outdoor workouts that are customized to their particular needs/goals.
The one-on-one sessions can be done in the backyards of Zeger’s clients with social distancing of at least ten feet, or in Montclair’s public parks with the addition of masks. 20% of her proceeds are being donated to the Montclair Human Needs Food Pantry.
“If you can’t go to your gym because of the lockdown, you’re moving around less than you normally would,” says Zeger, who’ll be entering East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA in August and plans to be a member of the women’s wrestling team. “My safe outdoor workouts will help you to get active, have fun, and enjoy the warm weather.”

Zeger’s outdoor personal training sessions focus on calisthenic and body weight exercises that require no equipment. They’re available in 30 or 60 minute increments, and 20% of all her fees will benefit the Montclair Food Pantry. For more information, contact Doris at:
