MONTCLAIR, NJ — After several delays, Montclair’s new Midtown Parking Deck is set for a soft opening on Thursday, Nov. 10.
According to township officials, the township Parking Utility will offer patrons free parking from Thursday’s opening through 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 14, after which parking rates will apply. The deck is located at Glenridge Avenue and North Willow Street.
“We experienced a number of issues such as delays with parts deliveries, rainwater in the lobby, and a first-floor ADA-accessible route,” Township Deputy Manager Brian Scantlebury said.
