Mindfulness and Daoist Health Practices: A Workshop with Master Meng Zhiling July 11-15, 2016
Meng Zhiling, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Taoist Association is traveling from China to America for the first time to lead this workshop.

Master Meng lived as a hermit for over a decade in Northern China refining his Daoist internal cultivation techniques. He will share his extensive knowledge of Daoism and Daoist practices during this very special event. Master Meng will lead a 5 day workshop on Daoist meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Daoist wisdom. This is a special opportunity to learn about techniques for mindfulness from someone who possesses a deep understanding of these matters. This workshop will be of great benefit to both the experienced practitioner and those who are learning about meditation and Daoism for the first time. There is no better authority in the world on these matters than Master Meng, who has spoken to audiences as far afield as France, Italy, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Master Meng’s teachings will guide each person towards living a thoughtful and ethical life in the modern world. This workshop will take place July 11-15, 2016, and will be presented in both Mandarin Chinese and English. The workshop will include two instruction sessions every day as well as beverages and snacks in the morning and afternoon. Participants will also have the option to pay a per diem if they would like to attend one or more days but not the entire five day workshop. People preferring to pay a per diem should indicate which day/s they are planning to attend on the check they send.
5 Day Workshop: $350.00 USD, Per Diem: $80.00/day
