Missing Florida Resident Found Safe At Mountainside Hospital: PD
A person reported missing out of Florida turned up at Mountainside Medical Center in Essex County on the day after Christmas, police said.
ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A person reported missing out of Florida turned up “safe and well” at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair on the day after Christmas, authorities said.
According to the Glen Ridge Police Department, an officer responded to Mountainside Medical Center at 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 26 after the Port St. Lucie Police Department told them that a resident reported missing from Florida had possibly been located at the hospital.
The officer made contact with the missing person, who was “safe and well,” Glen Ridge police said.

The Port St. Lucie Police Department was notified about the situation, the GRPD said.
