Montclair 6th Grader Helps Raise $4K For Haiti With Basketball Tourney
A Montclair sixth-grader recently helped to facilitate a fundraiser that garnered more than $4,000 to benefit nonprofit Lamp for Haiti.

Montclair, NJ – A Montclair sixth-grader recently helped to facilitate a fundraiser that garnered more than $4,000 to benefit nonprofit Lamp for Haiti.
According to a news release, sixth-grader Toby Baer helped to launch the “Hoops for Haiti 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament,” which was held on May 21 at St. Cassian School in Upper Montclair.
The nonprofit helps to bring cost-effective medical care and assistance to impoverished areas of Haiti.
