The National Weather Service issued a regional weather summary for the northeastern New Jersey area at 4 a.m. on Tuesday:
“A broad area of high pressure will provide the region with mainly a cloudless sky today through Wednesday. Winds will diminish today, but it will still feel quite cold as temperatures fall short of reaching the freezing mark for most, if not all spots. High temperatures for Wednesday will however recover to near normal levels.”
