In Montclair: B-52s Play Wellmont Theater on Friday

If you lived through the 1980s, you probably remember the inimitably campy sound and style of the B-52s, the artists who brought the world songs like “Love Shack” and “Rock Lobster.”

On Friday, May 22, at 8 p.m., the self-billed “World’s Greatest Party Band” will bring their unique dance-rock to the Wellmont Theater in Montclair.

Tickets range from $25 to 130 and can be purchased online.

The group will return to New Jersey for a show at the Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood on Saturday, June 6.
