Montclair Classical Music Power Couple Performs In Czech Republic

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair residents Peter Tiboris and Soprano Eilana Lappalainen recently had guest performances with the Moravian Philharmonic in Olomouc, Czech Republic.

The power-couple performed during a concert on Nov. 23. Their repertoire included:

• Verdi: Overture to La forza del destino
• Overtures and Arias featuring soprano Eilana Lappalainen
• Verdi: "Ecco L'orindo campo" from Un Ballo in Maschera
• Mascagni: Intermezzo from Cavalleria rusticana
• Puccini: "Un bel di vedromo” from Madama Butterfly
• Puccini: "Visi d'Arte" from Tosca
• Verdi: Overture to Nabucco
• Catalani: "Ebben? Ne andro lontana" from La Wally
• Ponchielli: "Suicidio" from La Gioconda
• Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4 in F minor, Op. 36
