Montclair Company Moving To Bloomfield Office Park

Essex County, NJ – An Essex County-based real estate company announced that it has completed leasing agreements with two new tenants for space at BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield.

GEI Consultants will relocate from Montclair to a 4,557 square-foot space on the first floor at 300 BroadAcres Office Park on Aug. 1, according to a news release from Prism Capital Partners.

In addition, Allport Cargo Services leased 3,057 square-feet on the first floor of 200 BroadAcres. The move represented their initial opening of offices in New Jersey, Prism Capital stated.

“We are proud of these new additions to our tenant mix, and we will continue to enhance the external and internal features of the office park to service our clients in the most efficient way possible,” Prism Capital Principal Edwin Cohen stated.
