MONTCLAIR, NJ — A new budget season is officially underway in Montclair.

During their meeting this week, the Montclair Town Council heard 2023 budget presentations from its department heads, including the police department, the community services department, the public library, the health and human services department, the recreation and cultural affairs department, and the planning department (watch the video below).

In addition, Montclair's financial advisor Bob Benecke updated the council about deadlines for this year’s spending plan.
