Montclair CSU Unit Visits Preschool, Teaches Kids About Safety and Respect

Lessons from the Montclair Community Service Unit included safety, stranger danger and respect.

Montclair, NJ – And that’s how you spell R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

On Jan. 19, officer Anjannette Johnson, and Sergeant Tyrone Williams of the Montclair Police Department’s Community Service Unit (CSU) visited Precious Jewels preschool to speak to the students about safety, stranger danger and respect (obeying their parents and teachers).

The officers also talked with the preschoolers about emergencies and using 9-1-1, a township news release stated.
