Montclair Educators Honored: 2015 Judy and Josh Weston Awards for Excellence in Teaching

Annual awards and prizes given to teachers who display "creativity, high expectations, energy and concern for students."

A committee has named the 2015 winners of the Judy and Josh Weston Awards for Excellence in Teaching, given annually to teachers in the Montclair Public Schools system in recognition of their “creativity, high expectations, energy and concern for students.”

Nominations for the Weston Award are solicited from students, parents, and guardians of students currently attending the Montclair Public Schools. This year, the committee received over 320 nominations with 160 teachers being nominated, according to a release.
