Montclair Egg Hunt Returns For 2016: Glenfield Park
The free public event in Montclair will feature a BBQ, dying eggs, an egg hunt, jellybean contest and a mindful mediation experience.

Montclair, NJ – Montclair Fourth Ward Councilor Renee Baskerville, in conjunction with the Montclair Neighborhood Development (MNDC) Corporation and the Fourth Ward Collaborative, will host the sixth annual Spring Fling Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Wally Choice Park House in Glenfield Essex County Park on Maple Avenue.
The event is free and all are welcome, according to a township news release.
This year’s festivities will include a BBQ, dying eggs, an egg hunt, jellybean contest and a mindful mediation experience.

Hat decorating will feature prominently this year, culminating in the event’s annual hat parade, event organizers stated.
In addition, Toni's Kitchen and the Mindful Breath Foundation join in the Spring Fling Egg Hunt for the first time this year. Long-time partnerships continue in 2016 with the Montclair Cobras, Montclair Police Athletic League, Montclair Branch of the NAACP, Montclair Sentinels 16, and Schlaefer Masonry.
