Montclair Film Fest Returns To North Jersey For 2024 (See Event Info)
The Montclair Film Festival begins Oct. 18 and ends Oct. 27. Highlights include a conversation between Stephen Colbert and Jon Bon Jovi.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — One of the most popular film festivals in North Jersey is off and running for 2024.
The annual Montclair Film Festival kicks off Friday, Oct. 18 and will run through Sunday, Oct. 27. It will include a series of screenings – many of which will include Q&A sessions with their filmmakers.

Screenings will be taking place at local venues including Cinema505, The Clairidge, Montclair Kimberly Academy (Upper School Campus), and the Wellmont Theater.
This year’s festivities include a “memorable evening of conversation” between Montclair’s Stephen Colbert – a longtime supporter of the festival – and New Jersey music icon, Jon Bon Jovi. The event will take place at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark. Learn more or purchase tickets here.
