Montclair Hospital Gets Latest Safety Grade From Watchdog Group

Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair received its latest safety grade from the Leapfrog Group. See other recent grades here.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair received a “C” grade as part of the latest Hospital Safety Grades report from the Leapfrog Group.

The nonprofit watchdog released its fall 2022 grades for hospitals on Wednesday. The group uses an academic grading scale with five letter grades to score nearly 3,000 hospitals nationwide on more than 30 measures of patient safety. Read more about their methodology here.
