Montclair Insurance Office Teams With Nonprofit To Fight Hunger

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A Montclair-based State Farm insurance office is offering some support for Table to Table, a nonprofit that battles hunger injustice in Essex, Bergen, Hudson and Passaic counties.

Montclair State Farm Agent Dominick Abramo said that he and his team are passionate about helping their neighbors to obtain much-needed, nutritious food. To this end, they are partnering with Table to Table, which collects prepared and perishable food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it to organizations that serve the hungry.

Abramo said that his office will donate up to $10 to Table to Table for every auto insurance quote request his office receives in May. The effort is in conjunction with the State Farm Quotes for Good program where agents choose a local charity to partner with.

“Table to Table raises all its own operating expenses each year,” Abramo said. “For each donation our office makes, we can help to provide 100 meals for those who need them most.”
