According to the library:
“Originally from Poland, Golasik is an exhibiting and teaching artist who studied Fine Arts and in the USA and abroad. Golasik works in variety of mediums, and has been inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s artistic vision, Pierre Bonnard’s way of mastering color, and Karl Blossfeldt’s fascination with nature’s ability to attain perfect creations and the highest artistic forms. She considers herself an artist interested in the abstraction of nature’s formations and portraying what under normal circumstances stays hidden to observer’s eye. She calls it The Invisible. Golasik’s art reflects her deep admiration of nature, quest for source of life, and a passion for uncovering the secrets of concealed macro and micro worlds.”
