Montclair Memorial Day Weekend 2023: Tribute In Park, Town Closures

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair will again honor fallen soldiers as part of an annual Memorial Day tribute for 2023.

According to a municipal advisory, the town’s ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. in Edgemont Park on Monday, May 29. In the event of rain, services will be held in the council chambers of the municipal building at 205 Claremont Avenue. For more information, call 973-509-4915.

In addition, Montclair’s town offices will be closed on May 29 for the holiday. Refuse, recycling, the senior bus and evening shuttle services are suspended.
