Montclair Police Seek Alleged Flasher
A woman reported seeing the man expose himself in the parking lot of a Pine Street apartment building, police say.
Montclair police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself in the parking lot of a Pine Street apartment building on Sunday, Aug. 23.
According to Montclair Police Lt. David O’Dowd, an adult female described the man as a 40-year-old Caucasian, around 5 feet 8 inches and wearing khaki shorts and a black shirt.
Police are still seeking to identify the man and are conducting an investigation, O’Dowd told Patch.
