Montclair Resident Captains MKA Lacrosse

Montclair resident Charlie Wolff is a senior captain at Montclair Kimberley Academy where he has helped lead the Cougar laxmen to a 6-2 record (5-1 in the Bianchi Division) through the first eight games this spring.

The veteran attackman, who will play next year at Oberlin (Ohio) College, has scored 14 goals and has 15 assists in those first eight contests this season.

"Charlie Wolff serves as one of our senior captains earning recognition for his strong leadership and unwavering determination," said MKA 'interim' head coach Sabino Rodano. "His tough, energetic approach on the field paired with outstanding awareness allows him to consistently pose a scoring threat or create opportunities fo teammates.

"His knack for anticipating plays and performing under stress distinguishes him as an essential team member. Next year he will head to Oberlin College where he will undoubtedly have an immediate impact."

MKA hosts crosstown neighbor Montclair High 4 p.m., Monday, May 18, at Van Brunt Field.
