According to the Montclair Police Department, a resident told officers that he saw a 2004 GMC Envoy parked along the side of his home, which he didn’t recognize. A man wearing a grey, puffy jacket and black shorts got out of the car, walked onto the resident’s property and began relieving himself on the lawn.
The resident said he tried to take a photo of the man and his car, but when the man noticed what was happening, he came over, slapped the phone out of his hand and tried to punch him – but missed.
