Montclair School Official Gives District Update At Virtual Meeting

MONTCLAIR, NJ — What’s been happening in Montclair’s public schools? Superintendent Jonathan Ponds offered parents and community members an update last week at a virtual presentation hosted by Union Baptist Church.

Ponds spoke about highlights and initiatives that have taken place so far this school year, touching on curriculum, ESL services, special education, staff training, music/arts, restorative justice, pre-K expansion and more.
