Montclair Schools Get Closer To COVID Reopen Date, Hybrid Classes

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair’s public school district is still on track for a hybrid reopening, including some in-person classes, according to a recent update from superintendent Jonathan Ponds.
Montclair teachers will return for the Jan. 25 hybrid reopening on Jan. 19.
Jan 19 and 22 will be asynchronous learning for students so that teachers can fully prepare their classrooms, Ponds said.
