According to a flyer from the troop:

“We have a snow blower and a crew of Scouts with shovels all ready to go. Our rates are competitive, and all money we earn will help finance our trips. If it snows on a weekend, snow day, holiday or after school, we can come dig you out. You can make arrangements now to get on our list for when it snows, or get in touch with us when the snow falls.”
Don’t worry about messing with the Scouts’ schoolwork, troop leaders said.
“Service is available only when school is not in session: snow days, weekends, after school… Scouts can’t miss school to shovel snow!”
