“The township has received numerous reports of unsafe behaviors on our streets by pedestrians, bicyclists, skateboarders and others. The fact that businesses may be closed to the public does not mean vehicular traffic has gone away. We ask that all road users keep safe by minding the rules of the road and watching out for one another.”
