Montclair Store Sells $50K Winning Powerball Ticket

MONTCLAIR, NJ — An Oregon lottery ticketholder may have captured the $150 million Powerball jackpot from the Wednesday, June 20 drawing, but there’s some joy in Montclair as well.

According to NJ Lottery officials, a Montclair store sold a $50,000 third-prize ticket for the June 20 drawing: Grove Convenience at 133 Grove Street. The ticket matched the four white balls and the Powerball drawn.

The winning numbers for Wednesday night’s drawing were: 04, 14, 23, 27 and 56. The Red Power Ball was 13, and the Multiplier was 02.

The Powerball jackpot resets to $40 million for the next drawing to be held on Saturday, June 23 at 10:59 p.m., lottery officials said.
