Montclair Town Pools: Rates, Badges, Opening Days For 2023 Season

Essex Pool will open for the season on Saturday, May 27 and will remain open on weekends ONLY until Sunday June 18. Beginning Friday, June 23, Mountainside, Nishuane, and Essex Pools will be open daily until Monday, September 4. Essex Pool will close for the season Sunday, August 13.

Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm

Weekends and Holidays 11:00am-8:00pm

• $250 Family (2 Adults and 2+ children or a single parent with 3+ children)
• $85 Adult
• $60 Child/Youth (starting age at 2 years old) Children must be accompanied to the pool with an adult 18 and over
• $25 Senior (ages 62 and up)
• $85 Caregiver (must be purchased with a pool membership)
• Youth (ages 13-17) can attend the pools without an adult

Daily Passes:

• Resident Adult: $15
• Resident Child/Senior: $10

Daily passes for guests will not be permitted at the pool. All persons must be Montclair Resident pool members. Must show proof of residency upon payment for the daily passes.

Register at register.communitypass.net/montclair.Proof of residency is required for pick up.

Pool badge pick-up is in the Recreation Office, located at 205 Claremont Avenue on the first floor.

The Montclair Recreation & Cultural Affairs office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
