The Mountie football made a huge statement on Saturday afternoon, defeating previously unbeaten East Orange, 35-7, in a battle of conference and state powerhouses. Montclair's Khalif Herbin continued his dominating performance this season, racking up 214 yards, three rushing touchdowns, one passing touchdown. Montclair is 6-0.

Girls Soccer

Montclair scored a pair of wins this past week, including a 1-0 win over Livingston in the Essex County finals on Saturday. They defeated West Orange, 4-0, in the semi-finals on Thursday. The Mounties are 14-0-1.

Boys Soccer

The boys remained over .500, going 1-1 this week, with a win over East Side and a loss to Seton Hall Prep. Montclair is 9-6.
