Montclair's Dapper Dans Deliver Singing Valentine
Members of "barber shop quartet" chorus will perform 18 times through Monday, Feb. 14.
The Montclair Chapter of the Dapper Dans of Harmony surprised seniors at the Caldwell Public Library today with a singing Valentine. This was the first of 18 signing Valentines members of the chorus were scheduled to deliver over the weekend and on Valentine's Day Monday.
Indeed, the Dapper Dans of Montclair serenaded a group of seniors attending a Caldwell LIVE Feel Good Friday program at the library. They performed three barber shop songs – all captured on this video.
This particular foursome, from left, baritone Steve DeVore of Chester, bass Billy May of West Caldwell, lead Bill Fox of Wayne and tenor Mike D’Andrea of Woodland Park, was off to the Paramus Cancer Center this afternoon.
