"Motherhood Out Loud" by UCC Players
Fun packed play about mothers April 22, 23, 28,29,30 @ 7:30 PM, April 24 at 2:30 PM
Sixteen well respected playwrights have woven together poignant and entertaining scenes on parenthood and our relationships with our mothers and children. The tapestry explores birth and mothers’ hopes and fears. It includes thought-provoking situations on adoption, same sex parenting, step children, aging mothers, new mothers, gender identity, coming of age, and lack of sleep. It peaks into family events such as Thanksgiving, graduation, and marriage. The mature subject matter means the show is rated PG-13. Please join us to celebrate that beautiful, if sometimes complicated, experience we call motherhood. In the Tower Building at Union Cong. Suggested donation $10
