Move.sit.sip. Sunday Yoga

What to do on a sunday morning ? here are the options - stay in bed , go for brunch, go to church OR.... come and cover all three with me .... a brand new yoga class that will rest you, satisfy your hunger and thirst and give you a spiritual uplift ....

My intention is to give people practical tools to deal with all the wonders of life (!) and pass on what yoga has brought to me. I truly believe that everyone, no matter what age, shape or size, with consistent practice will take what they need and benefit from it.

A huge part of the teachings that have been passed on to me, is the importance of meditation…. But, I know, it isn’t as easy as just closing our eyes and pressing the stop button  (if only, right?) so I have structured a new class that will present a way for my to instruct meditation with the goal of having everyone work towards being able to sit in silence comfortably. The clarity and insight that come from a quiet mind is powerful.

I am experimenting with a way to give as many people what they need. For those who just want to practice asana there is an hour class – with a 10 minute window for people to leave or come in for the meditation part only. Obviously the ideal is to stay for both !
