MPD: 2 Cars Stolen In Newark, Abandoned In Montclair

Montclair police said that two vehicles reported stolen out of Newark were abandoned in the township. Find out where the cars were found.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair police said that two vehicles reported stolen out of Newark were found abandoned in the township last week.

According to the Montclair Police Department, here's where the incidents took place:

  • July 11 (Inwood Avenue) – “Theft of a red 2018 Audi A5 from a residential driveway. The keys were left inside this vehicle. A Dodge Caravan, reported stolen out of Newark, was discovered abandoned at this scene.”
  • July 15 (Plymouth Street) – “A 2000 Infinity I-30, reported stolen out of Newark, was discovered abandoned in the street.”
