MSU Police Arrest Two Students In Bias Case
The two students are the ones who originally reported the racist graffiti

Montclair State University police said Tuesday that they have arrested two female students in connection with the recent finding of racist graffiti containing threats of violence on the door of two African-American female students on campus.
Those arrested are the same two female students who initially complained about the graffiti.

Indeed, on Feb. 7, the university's police department received a complaint about the graffiti, sparking an investigation of the case as a bias incident.
But officials have now determined that there was sufficient probable cause to arrest the same females who initially reported the graffiti.
Accordingly, Olivia McCrae, 19, of Newark, and Tanasia Linton, also 19, of Newark, were arrested on Feb. 14 by university police and charged with Disorderly Conduct, False Reports to Law Enforcement, and Criminal Mischief. The charges will be prosecuted in the Superior Court of New Jersey by the Passaic County Prosecutor.
