New Jersey's Enterprise Rent-A-Car Participates in Relay for Life
More than 25 Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees in New Jersey raised nearly $1,500 through their participation in the annual Relay For Life.
Wayne, New Jersey (May 21, 2015)- More than 25 Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees in Northern and Central New Jersey raised nearly $1,500 through their participation in the annual Relay For Life event on May 1, 2015. The walk to support cancer research and treatment for patients took place on the campus of Montclair State University in New Jersey.
“Our team is always eager to help the communities in which we live and work,” said Chris Fitzpatrick, Enterprise talent acquisition manager in Central New Jersey. “As Captain of our team in the Relay For Life event, I have seen the dedication and determination our employees have in assisting others affected by this disease.”
Relay For Life, an event by the American Cancer Society, raises awareness and funds for patients affected by cancer and their families. The Relay for Life event at raised a total of more than $44,700.

“During the Relay for Life, we walked to commemorate the lives of those affected,” added Fitzpatrick. “We’re honored to have had the opportunity to work with the American Cancer Society and develop a deeper connection with the community.”
