No Criminal Charges for Driver Who Hit Girl Scout Outside Montclair Toy Store
UPDATE: Girl's injuries are "not life threatening."
A motorist who hit a Girl Scout selling cookies outside a Montclair toy store on Saturday afternoon is not currently facing criminal charges, police told Patch.
Montclair Police Department Detective Lt. David O’Dowd said that to his knowledge, the girl’s injuries were not “life threatening.”

O’Dowd told Patch that the incident is currently under investigation, and could not provide additional details about the identity of the victim or the driver.
Police also couldn’t provide details about the cause or circumstances of the accident.
