Red Cross To Hold Blood Drives In North, Central N.J.

The American Red Cross will host a series of blood donation events in North and Central New Jersey from May 1 to 15 in honor of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.

The American Red Cross Blood Donation Center hosts regular donation sessions at the Northern New Jersey Donor Center, 209 Fairfield Road in Fairfield on the following days:

• Tuesdays - 12:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Saturdays (1st & 3rd of each month) - 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Blood donation sessions are also hosted at the Central New Jersey Donor Center, 707 Alexander Rd., Suite 701 in Princeton Township on the following days:

• Mondays: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (platelet pheresis)
• Tuesdays: 12:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (whole blood & platelet pheresis)
• Fridays: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (whole blood & platelet pheresis)
• Saturdays: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (whole blood)
