Self-Portraits In Montclair Show ‘Faces Of Aging’
The goal of the artwork is to "offset stereotypes around aging," Montclair officials said.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — In recognition of Older Americans Month, the Township of Montclair’s Division of Senior Services/Lifelong Montclair recently launched a creative effort dubbed “Self Portraits: Faces of Aging.”
According to a municipal news release, the initiative highlights self-portraits of older, Montclair-area residents along with their reflections on “what aging means to them.” The goal of the project is to “offset stereotypes around aging and highlight the talent of older residents from the Montclair area.”
