Skate Essex To Hold Fundraiser In Montclair With Alexis Sablone
The fundraising event will feature a Q&A session with Olympian, professional skater and architect Alexis Sablone.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Skate Essex, a Montclair-based nonprofit organization supporting skateboarding for all in Northern New Jersey, will hold “Party 4 the Park, an evening with Alexis Sablone,” on Thursday, Oct. 7 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Van Vleck Gardens in Montclair.
The outdoor event will feature a Q&A with Olympian, professional skater and architect Alexis Sablone, as well as a live-auction to raise funds to build “skateable sculptures” at Rand Courts.
Members of the skating community, local celebrities and township officials will be in attendance at the event, which will include music, food and beverages. Capacity is limited and guests must be 21 or older. Tickets and more information can be found here.
