Staying Fit: Your Essential Guide To Cheap Drop-In Classes Around Montclair

Here's where to go to find exercise classes on the spur of the moment.

What do you do when you crave a bit of exercise on the cheap and on the spur of the moment? For sure, when it comes to getting fit and staying fit in Montclair, there's no shortage of studios, lofts, and other indoor facilities to help you shape up. There's the YMCA on Park Street, where you can swim, jog, spin, and lift. Montclair also has yoga, pilates, and leafy parks for playing tennis, running laps, or even running after your little ones.

But what if you find yourself with some spare time and you are seeking a last-minute exercise group to join in on?

After an exhaustive search, Patch came up with a nice list of options for drop-in fitness classes that don't require a long-term financial commitment.
