Stolen Car From Clifton Found In Montclair, Police Say

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A car stolen from Clifton was found on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair last week, authorities say.

According to the Montclair Police Department, an officer on patrol came across a 2018 white Mercedes GLE parked and unoccupied in the area of the MC Hotel on Jan. 27.

Further investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen from Clifton earlier that day, police said.

The vehicle was turned over to the Clifton Police Department for further investigation, Montclair police said. No additional information was immediately available.
