Stolen In Montclair: Engagement Ring, $1500 In Cash
An engagement ring and about $1,500 in cash were stolen during separate thefts in Montclair, police reported.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — An engagement ring and about $1,500 in cash were stolen during separate thefts in Montclair last week, police reported.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the following incidents recently took place in the township:
- Feb. 26 (Fujiya Ramen, Bloomfield Avenue) - Burglary to a commercial establishment. Entry was gained by smashing a front window. A cash register containing approximately $1,500 was taken.
- Feb. 28 (YMCA, Park Street) - Theft of an engagement ring from a locker in the women’s locker area. The locker was padlocked and there was no sign of forced entry.
