Subdivisions, Lot Depths Discussed At Montclair Planning Board Meeting
The Montclair Planning Board met to discuss a town ordinance and plans for their upcoming meeting.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Planning Board met on Monday to discuss a pending town ordinance and plans for their upcoming meeting.
The board’s agenda for March 13 included a discussion about Ordinance O-23-08, which the town council tentatively approved during their Feb. 21 meeting. The ordinance aims to address concerns that “recent subdivisions in established neighborhoods have lot depths that are inconsistent with the lot sizes in the neighborhood.”
The board also discussed plans for the next scheduled meeting on Monday, March 27. That meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. on the second-floor conference room of the municipal building at 205 Claremont Avenue; see the agenda here.
