Succeed2gether Fall Fundraiser: Chelsea Handler In Montclair

Chelsea Handler will be in conversation about her latest bestseller "Life Will Be the Death of Me" September 19 at 6.30pm in Montclair, NJ.

Chelsea will be talking about the funny, sad, super-honest, all-true story of her year of self-discovery after President Trump's election. She will also be talking about her new Netflix documentary “Hello Privilege, It’s Me Chelsea”, in which she examines her own privilege as she travels around America and talks to other people about having (or not having) white privilege.

Each ticket includes a signed copy of the book "Life Will Be the Death of Me". VIP ticket includes early access to the venue, signed book, and VIP seating.

Succeed2gether and S2G’s Montclair Literary Festival Fall fundraiser will raise money for Montclair-based non-profit Succeed2gether, which offers free community-based one-on-one tutoring and year-round enrichment classes for low-income families in Essex County. The money will be used to fund Succeed2gether's programs, which are all aimed at closing the opportunity and achievement gap for students in Montclair and the surrounding communities. Founded in the winter of 2009, Succeed2gether is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year.

Chelsea Handler is a writer, comedian, producer, TV host, activist, and the author of five consecutive New York Times bestsellers. She hosted the late-night talk show Chelsea Lately on the E! network from 2007 to 2014 and released a documentary series, Chelsea Does, on Netflix in January 2016. In 2016 and 2017, Handler hosted the talk show Chelsea on Netflix. Her latest documentary about white privilege will be released by Netflix on September 13, 2019.
