Township Of Montclair: Q4 Property Tax Payments Now Due

The Montclair Tax Office would like to remind property owners that 2021 fourth-quarter tax payments are due November 1, with a 10-day grace period. Payments received after November 10 lose the grace period and interest charges will apply from the November 1 due date. If you have any questions about tax payments, please call the Tax Office at 973-509-4923, 4922, 4921.

Montclair residents may pay their property tax bills online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express cards.

• User convenience fees are as follows:
• All debit and credit cards payments: 2.95% of your total bill
• Payments by ACH or e-check – no charge.
