Live Theater in the Park: "12 Mo’ Angry Men"

• When/Where: Friday, July 23 at 7 PM, Mulberry Commons, Mulberry St, Newark
• What: "12 Mo' Angry Men," hits the stage at Mulberry Commons Park right outside of the Prudential Center. The play begins at 7 PM SHARP and runs about an hour and thirty minutes with a talkback to follow special performances. The live theater event is free and open to the public.

Music at the Mansion: Porch Performances

• When/Where: Saturday, July 24 at 7 PM, Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center, 240 Belleville Avenue, Bloomfield
• What: NiCori Studios & Productions in association with Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center and Frungillo Catering will be producing: MUSIC AT THE MANSION: "PORCH PERFORMANCES" beginning on May 8 and continuing with 15 different singers through September 25.

Michael Jr. Comedy Show

• When/Where: Saturday, July 24 at 5 and 7 PM, The Life Christian Church, 747 Northfield Ave, West Orange
• What: Known as one of today's most gifted communicators, Michael Jr. brings laughter and encouragement to audiences all over the world by using comedy and dynamic storytelling to inspire audiences to discover and activate their purpose. You may have seen him on stages like The Tonight Show on NBC, TEDx talks and Jimmy Kimmel Live. You can also find him in Sony Pictures' feature film War Room, as well as starring roles in Selfie Dad, Laughing on Purpose, and More Than Funny.

• What: BStreet Band, a tribute to the music of the Boss. Part of a free concert series.

• What: The Compound Coffee Co. is hosting a Grand Opening Party on Saturday, July 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 271 Grove Ave., Building C. There will be a ribbon cutting with the Township Council at 10 a.m.
